Process

Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation is free, and you will have no obligation to purchase our services. We can schedule the consultation for a time suitable for you. Evening consultations are available.

During the consultation, we will ask you a series of questions to understand how we can best address your unique needs. We will also answer your questions and discuss the options available for your website. Depending on your needs, we will suggest and explain several technologies and their applications that will increase the effectiveness of your website. Some of these technologies include:

Your website can be as simple or as elegant as you wish. If you wish, we can create an interactive and dynamic website that utilizes the latest web technologies available. We can also liven up your website with rich multimedia.

During the consultation, we will also discuss the costs and the time frame involved in developing your website.

Design and Creation

Based on the goals that we determined from the initial consultation and any meetings we may have had with you, we will present you with a design concept for your approval. If necessary, we will modify our design until you are satisfied.

If appropriate, we will take photos of your products, place of work, staff, etc. with a digital camera. These photos will be used in your website.

We will also convert any existing promotional materials you may have into digital format for use in your website. When necessary, we will design custom graphics for your website.

During the development of your website, at your request, we will be able to give you updates on our progress and show you what we have developed so far.

Confirmation

When your website is completed, we will put it in a temporary password-protected directory. This directory will be available on the Internet, but only you will have access to it using the password we will provide.

The purpose of this step is to allow you to see what your website looks like and inform us of any errors (if any) on your website as well as any minor adjustments needed.

Creating a website and not submitting that website to search engines on the Internet is like printing brochures and leaving them on your desk.

Management and Maintenance

We can manage and maintain all aspects of your website to make sure that things are running smoothly. This will allow you to focus your efforts on providing quality products and services to your customers.

We can also make updates to your website as requested by you. These can be updates to your products, prices, promotions, etc.

If you would like to handle ongoing maintenance and updates to your website yourself, we can provide the necessary on-site training to your staff.
